By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to interest at 1.5% per month.
Unless otherwise agreed, Hive29 retains ownership of all methodologies and frameworks. Client-specific deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during engagements. This obligation survives the conclusion of any project.
Hive29's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
